A self-motivated and result oriented Community Educator, Project Planner and Manager, Social and Policy Researcher, an Entrepreneur and a Human Rights Specialist with a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and a post graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management. She has long experience in networking, mobilization, co-ordination, marketing and management, developed from working with development organizations. she also has good interpersonal and team work skills, developed from a long experience of working on various research projects for individuals, Organizations and Institutions at both local and International levels. She has computer and data analysis skills developed from various researches conducted.
Working with Reach Out Mbuya HIV AIDS Initiative for 2 years ushered her into deeper understanding of NGO work and positioned her to passionately work with vulnerable populations. A combined work experience of over 15 years in social and health research inspired her to volunteer with local growing NGOs. Working with National Association for Women’s Action in Development since 2011, challenged her to practically acquire hands on experience to help her work with women in development. This has enabled her coordinate sensitization campaigns on sustainable development goals and initiate income generating activities for Nyabuhama women in Mbarara District in bid to address gender equality and climate change challenges some of which affect the economic empowerment of the grass root women. In addition, this has exposed her to resource mobilization, negotiation, Training of Trainers, and facilitation skills to ably work on projects and with government.
